Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Laundry Attendant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our resort.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our laundry facilities, ensuring that they are well-stocked and equipped with the necessary supplies
• Operating large machinery such as professional washers, dryers, and folders, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines
• Transporting linens to and from operations and buildings, ensuring timely delivery and collection
• Reporting maintenance deficiencies and assisting with upkeep and repairs to maintain the resort's high standards
• Working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to changing demands and priorities
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• A minimum of 6 months' experience in a related field, preferably in hospitality or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
• A strong focus on attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• The ability to work in a physically demanding environment, lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods
• A valid driver's license (if applicable)
