Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Cynet Systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex capital projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality infrastructure and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple complex capital projects, including infrastructure and facilities construction, renovation, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor and control project spending, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality infrastructure and facilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction-related engineering or a related field from an accredited engineering school.
  • 4-7 years of relevant engineering experience, with a strong background in managing facilities construction projects and teams.
  • Strong organization, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software and programs, including Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cGMP compliance or related quality systems.
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of current industry-specific regulations.
