About the Role:
This dynamic role requires a leasing professional with a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships. As the Leasing Manager, you will oversee the entire leasing process, from initial inquiries to lease signings, ensuring that every interaction with our residents exceeds their expectations. You will also manage the leasing staff, provide training and coaching, and implement effective marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase occupancy rates.
