Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled medical receptionist to join our team in the Sandy Hook area.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and text messages
  • Managing appointment confirmations and scheduling
  • Handling co-payments and charging payments
  • Submitting claims and maintaining accurate records

Preferred candidate will have experience with medical or behavioral software, preferably Therapy Notes.

This is a 2:00pm - 8:00pm shift, Tuesday - Saturday, with Sundays off.
