Job Description

Ryder is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. As a key member of our transportation center, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of freight and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of arrivals and departures of commercial and private vehicles
  • Conduct thorough inspections of inbound and outbound freight to ensure secure seals
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and visitors
  • Monitor CCTV equipment and report any incidents or issues to management
  • Operate equipment as required and maintain certification
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in freight coordination, scheduling, or planning
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
