Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Atlas Restaurant Group. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items from start to finish, including preparation of ingredients, butchery of proteins, and plating of dishes.
  • Work with seasonal ingredients to create innovative and delicious menu items.
  • Participate in the preparation and development of new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all sanitation guidelines and proper product rotation.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to speak, comprehend, and understand English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods and lifting 30+ pounds.
  • 2 years of related high-volume experience.
  • Passion for food and cooking, with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
  • Dependability, reliability, and responsibility, with a strong commitment to fulfilling obligations.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong task and time management abilities, with a focus on maintaining composure and keeping emotions in check.
