Key Responsibilities
  • Develop highway improvement projects according to established processes
  • Conduct highway and bridge construction inspections
  • Review and interpret project plans and construction documents
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Perform roadway design work as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 1-20 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of the construction and design process
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CAD software
  • Familiarity with AASHTO manuals and WisDOT procedures
  • Certifications in WisDOT Highway Technician Program an asset
