The Role
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses by providing expert account management services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and provide expert guidance on utilizing our software to maximize business value. You will also collaborate with customers to solve complex problems through creative out-of-the-box solutions, thereby strategically increasing product value. Additionally, you will analyze user engagement data to identify actionable insights and report on KPIs regularly.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and maintaining senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at your assigned accounts.
  • Regularly communicating with clients to gather intelligence on their current usage of our products and identify areas where our solutions can add significant value.
  • Coaching clients on best practices for utilizing our software to maximize business value.
  • Collaborating with customers to solve complex problems through creative out-of-the-box solutions, thereby strategically increasing product value.
  • Analyzing user engagement data to identify actionable insights and reporting on KPIs regularly.
