Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 annually

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and a strong desire for professional development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement customized treatment plans aimed at improving physical function, alleviating pain, and preventing further issues.
  • Provide manual therapy, range of motion exercises, and other techniques to enhance flexibility and muscle strength.
  • Track patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and explore innovative approaches within the established care framework.
  • Develop comprehensive care strategies based on individual patient needs, motivating and supporting them in achieving their functional objectives.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active PTA license in Maryland.
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
