Job Description: At Upstate University Hospital, we are seeking a Pediatric and Adult Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a highly skilled clinician, you will provide professional nursing care to patients requiring infusions for various specialties, including Rheumatology. Your key responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care needs in the practice while serving as a liaison with other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Provide high-quality patient education and support

Requirements:
NYS licensed/registered RN
At least one year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Prior experience in an outpatient setting (specialty area) strongly preferred
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required
