• Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and services.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
• Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and budgeting.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and services.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist's license in the state of New York.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.

• 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
