About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Family of Kidz. As a Physical Therapist for our Early Intervention and Preschool programs, you will have the opportunity to work with children with special needs and make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for children on your caseload.
  • Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
  • Communicate effectively with lead supervisors, coordinators, and families to ensure seamless case management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
  • Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families and school personnel.
  • Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report on progress quarterly.
  • Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
