Autism Specialist

At Hills & Dales Child Development Center, we are seeking a dedicated Autism Specialist to join our team in providing top-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy and support services at the state-of-the-art Weber Autism Center.

The successful candidate will have a strong familiarity with autism and other behavioral or psychological conditions, as well as the ability to work with clients in their unique development journeys. Patience, effective communication, and a quick-thinking attitude are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement customized ABA programs designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data, maintain progress notes, and adhere to documentation requirements
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
