Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review tax returns, provisions, and work papers involving some complexity and significant cost.
- Participate in tax planning, analysis, and audit projects under the guidance of senior or principal/manager.
- Research and advise customers and suppliers at middle management and staff level on tax issues.
- Identify and report to manager/principal tax savings ideas as they arise in the compliance process.
- Support other compliance and planning activities of Manager/Principals as required.
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience as a tax professional.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or MBA, MST, experience working for a large corporation or clientele, and CPA certification.
- Ability to communicate well with others, proficient verbal, nonverbal, written, and presentation skills, superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with suppliers and customers.
