Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Team Member 2 to join our team at Continental Aerospace Technologies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling engines and engine sub-assemblies, acquiring and verifying parts, and communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble engines and engine sub-assemblies, including magnetos, fuel pumps, throttles, and harnesses.
  • Acquire, verify, and assemble parts as required.
  • Communicate any issues or concerns to relevant personnel.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Perform tasks in a safe and ergonomically conscious manner, adhering to OSHA, JSA, and PPE guidelines.
  • Follow established build book processes and procedures.
  • Present information to customers, clients, and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with shop machine setup and precision measurement devices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, designs, and sketches.
  • Hands-on skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable quality of work and attendance.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Tools and Equipment

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Hand and torque tools.
  • Safety wires and precision measuring devices.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

We are a 24/7 operation and require our team members to be flexible and willing to work any shift.
