Job OverviewAs an experienced Maintenance Technician at Aerotek, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' manufacturing facilities.   • Conduct thorough inspections of operating machines and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure conformance with safety and operational standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical components, including advanced hydraulic systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with a focus on electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
