Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and ensure that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
  • Monitor performance and take action to ensure that the team is meeting McDonald's standards
  • Manage inventory, maintain safety and security, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition
  • Meet targets and help departments meet their goals

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
