Pool Attendant

Adamas Building Services is committed to delivering exceptional service to residents, and our team members are the key to achieving this goal. We're seeking a highly motivated and self-directed individual to join our team as a Pool/Beach Attendant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and professional service to guests at the pool and beach areas.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure all interactions are courteous, informative, and thorough.
• Ensure the cleanliness and order of pool and beach areas, including chairs, umbrellas, tables, garbage cans, restrooms, and locker rooms.
• Respond to guest needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Set up pool, beach, and locker room stations daily.
• Monitor pool/beach entrance areas to ensure only registered guests are accessing areas.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff verbally and in written form.
• Highly motivated and self-directed individual.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
