We are seeking a highly experienced RF/Wireless Communications Expert II to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develops requirements from a project's inception to its conclusion in the subject matter area for communications and/or information technology systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Performs technical analysis and evaluation, and prepares recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts, leveraging expertise in land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develops solutions that meet those needs, driving business growth and innovation.
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve existing systems and processes, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
**Requirements:**
- At least 8 years of experience in government or critical infrastructure industry directly related to experience in land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications.
- B.A., B.S. degree or equivalent combination (education/experience).
