We are an outpatient therapy clinic seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Jupiter, FL, providing treatment in a home setting. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in various home settings, gaining experience across different patient populations.
Our team values full transparency and collaboration, ensuring that our therapy team has access to detailed payment reports and encourages the use of clinical judgment. You will be free to make your own schedule and agree or disagree to patient assignments without any pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and treats patients in a home setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
