Staff Accountant

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP guidelines.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Collaborate with business partners to provide financial support and analysis.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and accruals/deferrals/amortizations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
- CPA or similar professional certification preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of internal controls, financial analysis, and operations.
