  • Anticipate and address the needs of the store and team, reflecting the core values of Mud Bay.
  • Lead the team during store opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience or equivalent.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Strong skills in delegation, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • Capable of identifying business priorities and addressing them effectively.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Experience in team leadership is essential.
  • Proficient in basic mathematics and comfortable with technology.
  • Passionate about learning more about pets and their care.
  • Instinctively welcoming and gracious towards customers.
  • Accountable and reliable in fulfilling commitments.
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical decision-making.
  • Self-motivated yet receptive to guidance from others.

Compensation: $23.45 to $26.97 per hour
Weekly Hours: 32 GFE
