Job Summary

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality landscape services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, aligning with company core values
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive a high-performing team, including modeling the way, inspiring a shared vision, and enabling others to act
  • Operational Management
    • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and organizational goals for all assigned areas of operation
    • Manage branch staffing, including hours, schedules, payroll, and productivity
    • Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, onboard, and transition branch staff
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building
    • Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that all jobs are completed according to contract and within budget
    • Value-engineer where necessary to achieve outlined contractual/budgetary goals
  • Administrative and Financial Management
    • Meet timelines and quality standards for all deliverables, including invoicing, reporting, labor, and material projections
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of experience working in the lawn maintenance-landscape-snow removal industry
    • 1+ years of commercial snow removal experience
    • 5+ years of previous leadership experience
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
    • Bilingual: English-Spanish (preferred)
    • Multiple division experience: landscape, lawn maintenance, commercial snow and de-icing, commercial irrigation systems, turf and weed management (preferred)
