We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry in the Child and Adolescent Outpatient Clinic at Stony Brook University Hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the child and adolescent outpatient clinic, including diagnostic evaluations, follow-up care, and teaching and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical programs and services for children and adolescents.
- Contribute to the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows in child and adolescent psychiatry.
- MD/DO degree (or foreign equivalent) and board certification or eligibility in child and adolescent psychiatry.
- Eligibility for New York State licensure.
- Experience in a child and adolescent psychiatry outpatient program, with a track record of research and teaching experience in child and adolescent psychiatry.
