Job Summary

This full-time or part-time position offers an excellent compensation package, including a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and tuition reimbursement for current DPT students. You will have opportunities to specialize in your desired field through continuing education allowances and mentoring programs. Our Patient Outcome Focus ensures delivering the highest quality of care, providing 1:1 patient care in the clinic with no double booking, and partnering with LIMBER to provide Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on individualized treatment plans and exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our organization by participating in clinical and professional development opportunities, including residency/certification programs, specialty teams/programs, and leadership development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to company standards and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and teamwork within the clinic.
Requirements
  • Licensed Physical Therapist by the Maryland state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and/or part of the PT compact program.
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum degree of Bachelor's in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
  • Basic Life Support CPR Certification.
