Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Surgical Tech to join our team on a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical technology and excellent communication skills. As a Surgical Tech, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the operating room.

Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
  • Maintain a sterile environment and ensure the proper handling and disposal of surgical instruments and supplies
  • Prepare patients for surgery, including positioning and draping
  • Monitor and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the smooth operation of the operating room
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Surgical Tech
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
