Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Rocklin, California.

This semi full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with students, educators, and families to provide psychological services that promote academic and social-emotional success.

About the Role

This role is designed for 4 days per week and includes working with students in both a middle school setting and an Adult Transition program.

  • The caseload consists of 7 students, along with additional district psychology needs as required.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students strengths, challenges, and eligibility for services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to develop and implement effective support strategies.
  • Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings, contributing expertise to develop goals and accommodations.
  • Provide counseling and intervention services as needed for students facing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
  • Assist with broader district psychology needs, including crisis intervention, assessments, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A Masters or Doctorate Degree in School Psychology.
  • A valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology.
  • Experience in middle school and/or transition-age student services preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Starting salary: $50/hour.
