ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid RN or LPN certification
  • Active license in Iowa
  • Preferred experience in orthopaedics

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least two years of experience in a medical practice
  • Competent in using email and internet tools
  • Familiarity with practice management software
  • Excellent communication abilities and multitasking skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance

Key Responsibilities:

Tasks Include:

  • Reviewing patient charts prior to consultations
  • Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures
  • Preparing examination rooms and necessary instruments

Physical Requirements:

This role involves physical activity, including lifting, standing, and walking. The employee may be required to lift weights up to 70 pounds and work in high-pressure situations.

Work Environment:

Exposure to clinical settings and related substances is expected.
