About this Role
This is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in Medical Surgical Telemetry. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care to patients in acute care settings.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings, identifying and responding to changes in their health status promptly.
- Administer medications and perform procedures as prescribed, promoting recovery and self-care management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license with a valid certification in Medical Surgical Telemetry.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
- Two years of recent experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry nursing.
