• Servicing over 1,600 guests per month across two salon & spa locations, maintaining an impressive 80% booking rate with a strong waiting list.

To ensure your confidence in delivering exceptional services, comprehensive training is provided for any guest or service that may require your expertise.

Assuming cleaning and upkeep duties within the salon is also expected.

• A current or expected Michigan cosmetology license.
• Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing.
• Lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Visual acuity, both near and far.

This part-time position involves working approximately 24-32 hours per week, with potential for increased hours as you grow in your role.

• Year 1-2: Average annual income: $39,000.
• Year 3-5: Average annual income: $46,000.
