Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled School Physical Therapist to join our team in Auburn, CA. As a contract Physical Therapist, you will work closely with our exceptional school district to provide high-quality physical therapy services to students with special needs.
ResponsibilitiesAs a School Physical Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing physical therapy services to students with special needs in a school setting
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify students' physical therapy needs
- Communicating with parents and guardians to ensure seamless care coordination

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a School Physical Therapist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
- Valid School Physical Therapist credential/license or in process in state of practice
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire
