- Provides education and training to staff members.
- Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
- At least 18 months of nursing experience required.
- Registered nurse licensure in the state of employment required.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire required.
- 2 years of experience in the OR setting as a scrub or circulator required.
- Certified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR) certification.
- Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel).
