Compensation: $60 to $64 per hour
Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Services department is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments across all age groups, from infants to the elderly, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
This role requires proficient clinical skills, collaboration in team-based care, and effective management of emergency interventions.
Accurate and thorough documentation is essential, with a focus on recording patient education within the medical records.
Professional interaction with patients, families, and colleagues is crucial, maintaining confidentiality and fostering a patient-centered approach.
Adherence to National Patient Safety Goals is mandatory, along with the implementation of safe transfer techniques and customized perioperative care and education for each patient.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year in Critical Care/Cardiac or Emergency Department settings.
2-3 years of experience specifically in Emergency Department.
Educational Background:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:
Current RN License in New Jersey or a Compact State License.
ACLS Certification
BLS Certification
PALS Certification
