Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon Opportunity

Covenant HealthCare is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible orthopaedic trauma surgeon to join our team in Saginaw, MI. As an orthopaedic trauma specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing specialized care focused on polytrauma, acute fractures, complex joint injuries, and other musculoskeletal traumas for patients of all ages in the Great Lakes Bay Region.

Highlights of the Opportunity:
  • Join a dynamic team of 10 orthopaedic surgeons, with supporting specialties including trauma, sports, pediatrics, hand (plastic surgery), and podiatry.
  • Competitive base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan.
  • Sign on Bonus
  • Opportunity for Educational Stipend during Fellowship year
  • Call responsibility equates to approximately 4 calls per month

Responsibilities:
  • Fractures of pelvis and extremities
  • Nonunion and malunions
  • Bone infections
  • Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care to patients
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide a seamless patient experience
Qualifications:
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Trauma
  • Strong clinical skills and judgment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing excellent patient care
