About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at AdventHealth Sebring Wauchula Lake Placid. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age-specific groups.
  • Utilize the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department.
  • Adhere to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies and accrediting bodies.
Requirements
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Graduate of a school of nursing.
  • Current valid State of Florida or multi-state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Preferred).
