Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Cashier Associate to join our team at Burlington Stores, Inc. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Transactions Accurately and Efficiently: Ring up sales, process returns and exchanges, and handle customer transactions with accuracy and speed.
  • Maintain a Positive and Professional Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Work a Flexible Schedule: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
