About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Paraeducator to join our team at the North Mason School District. As a member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our students with special needs. This is a temporary assignment, but it presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Speech Language Pathologist in developing and implementing IEPs
- Providing direct support to students with special needs in a classroom setting
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure seamless support and transitions
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and preferably some experience working with students with special needs. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and other educational software applications.
