Job Title: Patient Care Technician

Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a PCT, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care and support in our outpatient dialysis center.

Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
* Perform technician duties, such as setting up hemodialysis machines and recording patient stats
* Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership
