ED Quality Coordinator

HCA South Atlantic Division is seeking a skilled ED Quality Coordinator to oversee and assist medical and ED staff in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Quality Performance Improvement Activities/Plans, infection control activities, and regulatory preparedness.
The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach to design, implement, and evaluate ED quality programs/initiatives, projects, and systems. S/he will coordinate quality education, facilitate planning, implementation, and evaluation of the ED Quality Program, and provide consultation and education to staff and other departments as needed.
The ED Quality Coordinator will be responsible for timely data collection, analysis, and reporting of findings. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Key Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of nursing experience required, including 1+ in the Acute Care/Critical Care/ED setting.
- 1+ years of quality experience and 1+ years of charge/supervisory experience preferred.
- Active GA or compact RN license required.
