**About the Role:**

The Corporate Paralegal provides critical support to the General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant General Counsel, Corporate. Key responsibilities include coordinating shareholder and board meetings, preparing corporate resolutions, and assisting with SEC filings.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of meeting materials using Diligent.
  • Prepare initial drafts of corporate resolutions, board minutes, and other corporate governance items.
  • Assist with quarterly dividend payments, including preparing related consents and notices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum four-year college degree; paralegal certificate and/or relevant work experience strongly preferred.
  • At least ten years of related Paralegal experience, with a minimum of ten years of public company and securities experience.

This is a Hybrid role, offering a combination of onsite and remote work. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
