About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Highway Professional Engineer to join our team in Delaware. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to teams working on small to medium scale transportation projects. You will work closely with other disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, plus 4 years of related experience in a Civil Engineering role, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. A Professional Engineer License (PE) in any state, or ability to obtain a PE within 1 year of hire, is also essential. Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, as well as design experience working on projects for DelDOT, are highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience.
