Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and run the core components that power Checkr, working closely with foundation teams.
  • Enable all teams to take collective ownership of their software's reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Guide other teams in fine-tuning their services, resulting in improved robustness and efficiency.
  • Ensure every team can focus on building superior software, backed by a reliable, scalable, and efficient infrastructure.
Requirements

Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or related experience.
  • Experience designing technical architecture and creating a strategic roadmap to realize a technical vision.
  • Expertise with Linux, VMware, Terraform, and AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with containers and container orchestration.
  • Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, web application security, and HTTP/HTTPS.

Location: Denver, CO. Salary range: $133,588 to $157,163.
