We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at Alameda Health System. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and ADLs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of six months experience as a Registered Nurse I with AHS or equivalent experience in a comparable setting
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, with other certifications as required by unit/department specialty
