  • Team Management: Assist the Manager in leading and managing a team of car wash attendants, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Operations: Assist with the management of the car wash facility, including ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that our customers' vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Cleanliness and Appearance: Ensure that the car wash facility is clean and well-maintained, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to adjust to changing circumstances as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Graduate.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work well in a team environment, and strong communication skills.

This is an hourly non-exempt full-time position.
