Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking three experienced Behavioral Therapists to join our team in Weston, Florida.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement data-driven methods to track client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• SUPERVISE AND MENTOR behavior technicians and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of behavior plans.
• Collaborate with families to understand their goals and provide training to support behavior management at home.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA).
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health (LMHC) or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Prior experience working with autistic individuals, preferably in an in-home or school setting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
