Job Title: Mid-Level Water Resources Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Level Water Resources Engineer to join our team at Geosyntec Consultants. As a key member of our California Water Resources group, you will work on a variety of projects related to watershed planning, stormwater management, and water quality monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee the design of stormwater management and drainage restoration projects from conceptual to 100% design level.
  • Develop hydrologic and hydraulic watershed models, engineering computations, and technical documents.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal development and client outreach.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
  • California Professional Engineer license.
  • Experience with local regulatory environment, including San Diego County and City of San Diego.
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
