Executive Director

CCMC Community Management is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our community management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic vision and direction for our community, fostering a resident-centric focus, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the community, staff, and service contractors
• Facilitate orientation and training of the Board and committee members, as well as long-range planning and annual goal setting
• Serve as liaison between the association and other entities, including the developer, builders, sub-associations, commercial parcels, club facilities, and schools or public facilities
• Recruit, hire, supervise, train, and mentor employees to develop skills necessary to advance within the community and CCMC
• Ensure adherence to applicable policies, procedures, state laws, and the CCMC management contract
• Create opportunities to promote and maintain a true sense of community
• Manage the preparation of all annual budgets, reserve studies, and variance reports
• Facilitate long-range planning and annual goal setting
• Lead the execution of board-approved projects

• PCAM certification and at least seven years' experience in on-site large-scale community association management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, public administration, or a related field
• Robust operational background and understanding of community financials
• Ability to build relationships through the highest level of customer service, sophistication, and professionalism
• One or more nationally recognized certifications or designations, e.g., Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), MBA, or Master's degree
• Ability to successfully engage on a variety of levels, including speaking and writing
• Effective leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
• Extensive knowledge of laws and guidelines governing the operation of community associations and governing documents (highly preferred)
• Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• CAM license required upon hire in Florida and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states)
