About the Role

Calhoun's is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join their Turkey Creek team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to specifications, maintaining high food quality and presentation standards. This includes assembling ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, and ensuring accurate product temperatures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare products for service stations
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
  • Perform food preparation procedures correctly
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Math skills and understanding of basic conversions
  • Able to use digital scales and thermometers
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and more on occasion (with assistance)
  • Able to stand, bend, and walk throughout the workday
Preferred Qualifications
  • Culinary line experience
  • Demonstrate ability to follow recipes
