Assignment Duration: 6 months+

Work Schedule: 9/80, with three days in the office each week

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Mechanical Integrity (MI) Group, the role involves:

• Development of Inspection Plans or Work Packages

• Review and Analysis of Findings (including urgent issues)

• Management and Development of Follow-Up Inspections

• Creation and Evaluation of Models based on Inspection Outcomes (Fitness for Service Assessments)

• Recommendations for Mitigation and/or Repairs

• Generation of Notifications/Work Orders for task execution

• Tracking and Updating Mitigation Efforts

• Oversight of findings scope, repair timelines, and annual budgets across multiple facilities

• Contracting and reviewing subcontractor work as the technical authority

• Travel as necessary to coordinate with Inspection and Operations teams

• Adherence to company safety protocols, engineering standards, and quality assurance procedures

Required Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse offshore teams (e.g., inspectors, construction personnel, Offshore Installation Managers)

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in integrity management for oil and gas structures

• Expertise in fitness-for-service evaluations of structural damage, including manual calculations and global model assessments against relevant standards

• Proven ability to independently manage offshore mobilizations and execution of scopes, with experience leading during such operations

• Willingness to travel to offshore sites for follow-up on findings (estimated quarterly trips for brief durations)

• Capability to leverage emerging technologies for innovation in the Integrity Management program
