Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to train and supervise a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to identify and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to source materials and equipment for maintenance and repair projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for technicians.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in HVAC operations, with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and supervise a team of technicians.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
